Description
This deposit secures your recurring weekly studio reservation at Platform360.
Monthly rental fees are billed in advance and due by the 1st of each month. Your approved schedule and hourly rate will be reflected on your monthly invoice.
Schedule changes or cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days in advance. The discounted rate of $28 per hour applies when four or more hours are reserved within a month. If fewer than four hours are reserved, those hours will be billed at the standard rate of $32 per hour.
The deposit will be applied to your final month’s rental fees when at least 30 days’ written notice is provided.
No credits or refunds are given for unused or missed reserved time.
